         少小过年
         老大过情

It's no more Spring Festival for me now  
But Emotion of the sort as older grown


          如其岁岁年韵淡
          其若年年情愈浓

It's not so much fading the Festival's air
As stronger my Emotions got with years


          朝夕三百六十五
          亲人惟聚眠寐中

For days and nights of the years past
In sleep only could Relatives reuntie：


          爆竹声尽可再燃
          惊去双亲复梦难

Firecrackers could well get relit when the voices dying
But Parents startled off may rarely return to my dream


           但信团圆有正果
           同世何日不过年？

If only it'll come true we're in the same world
Whenever for me weren't the Spring Festival?

           和 爸 爸 妈 妈 过 年，
           我 要 和 爸 爸 妈 妈 过 年！

Let me have the Chinese New Year
All together with Mama and Papa!
